Stages 1-3 Moves

Stage 1 moves- Stage 1 moves are all you need to be a great wrestler. They are basic moves that if perfected could take you to the state finals.

Stage 2 moves- Stage 2 moves are complicated in design and may require advanced set-ups or several steps that need to be perfected.

Stage 3 moves- Stage 3 moves are complicated in design and include some steps that may allow your oponent to score points on you if not executed properly.

You will have a chance to associate your wrestler to a club. Please type in Golden Grapplers Wrestling club.

Throw before you get thrown. We like to try and lock up really high pinning their arms up towards their ears.

Volume 5Top - Bottom Position: leg ride turns and tilt, stage 2 moves

Watch how he breaks the person down by grabing the anckle on the secound move.

Volume 4 - Leg Attack Defense and Counters, Stage 3 moves

Volumen 3 - Overhook, Front Headlock, & Over & Under Series, Stage 3 moves

Volume 2 - Russian Tie & Underhook Series: Leg Finishes & Up, stage 2 and 3 moves

Front Headlock-Ankle Pick, Stage 2 move

Watch the last 30 secounds and how he steps over and finishes the move for a pin.

Ankle Pick, Stage 2 move

Important to to get the person to step to you and move the head over the ankle you want to pick.

Quickie Turk, Stage 3 move

Desperation move. Bottom man can turn into you if you do not step over as he falls back.
