Stages 1-3 Moves
Stage 1 moves- Stage 1 moves are all you need to be a great wrestler. They are basic moves that if perfected could take you to the state finals.
Stage 2 moves- Stage 2 moves are complicated in design and may require advanced set-ups or several steps that need to be perfected.
Stage 3 moves- Stage 3 moves are complicated in design and include some steps that may allow your oponent to score points on you if not executed properly.

double underhook throw wrestling, stage 3 move
Throw before you get thrown. We like to try and lock up really high pinning their arms up towards their ears.
